By using our website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services & Estimates

Beautificators provides home services such as pressure washing and paver sealing and related services (“Services”). Any estimate or quote may be based on the information you provide and may change if the scope, conditions, or materials needed change after we review the job in person or receive additional details.

2) Scheduling, Access & Conditions

When you schedule service, you agree to provide accurate information and reasonable access to the service area. For safety and quality, you agree to:

Keep work areas reasonably clear and secure pets when applicable

Inform us of special conditions (gates, HOA rules, alarms, fragile surfaces, hazards, etc.)

Understand we may reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control

3) Pricing & Payment

Pricing and payment terms will be communicated before or at the time of service (for example: at booking, in a written estimate, invoice, or message confirmation). You agree to pay the amount due for Services provided. If a balance remains unpaid, we may pause future service and pursue reasonable collection steps as permitted by law.

4) Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in scheduling restrictions, deposit requirements, or a reasonable fee where permitted by law.

5) Satisfaction & Service Limitations

If you have a concern about service quality, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to review and address the issue. Results can vary based on the condition of surfaces/materials and factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage, wear, improper prior installations, or hidden defects

Issues caused by unsafe conditions, lack of access, or customer-provided instructions/materials

Delays or interruptions caused by weather, third parties, or events beyond our control

6) Photos, Media & Marketing

We may take before/after photos or videos for documentation, quality assurance, and marketing purposes, unless you opt out in writing before service. We will avoid showing personal or sensitive items where reasonably possible.

7) Communications (Text/Call/Email)

By submitting your information and/or checking our consent box, you agree that Beautificators may contact you by text (SMS/MMS), phone, and email regarding your request, scheduling, service updates, and marketing/promotional messages. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

8) Website Use & Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to disrupt, scrape, hack, spam, or interfere with our site or systems. We may restrict access if we believe misuse is occurring.
